General & Accountability
Every Property Owner or Agent who posts an advertisement on YourAssistantBD is responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content (text, images, and descriptions) is accurate, reflects the real property/service being offered, and complies with all applicable national and local laws.
User Accounts & Verification
Creating an Account: Anyone can create an account on YourAssistantBD. All account information must be real and truthful.
- Fake Accounts: Accounts verified as fraudulent will be permanently disabled.
- Name: Users must provide their valid, real name.
- Phone Number: Must be real and verifiable. Fake numbers may result in profile and post suspension.
- Email: Optional; used for platform communications, not publicly displayed.
- Gender: Kept secure; not shared without consent. Users may access, correct, or delete this information.
- District: Optional; managed per Privacy Policy.
- Profile Picture: Optional; if uploaded, it must be an original image of the user. Inappropriate images may lead to account suspension.
Platform Transaction System
Credit System (Access & Posting Fees):
- Clients (Renters/Buyers/Service Seekers): Minimum 10 credits required to view full property/service details.
- Owners/Posters: Minimum 20 credits required to publish a property listing.
Order System (Paid Service Requests):
- Payment Requirement: Orders are approved only after successful payment.
- Service Delivery: Delivered within the package’s specified timeframe.
- Cancellations & Refunds:
- Only YourAssistantBD can cancel an order.
- Refunds processed per Refund Policy within 72 hours.
- Service is based strictly on the information provided in the order.
Property Listing Guidelines
Posting as an Owner/Agent:
- You must be the rightful owner or have legal authorization to rent/sell the property.
- Provide accurate and complete information, including location, features, and pricing.
- Listings must comply with all applicable laws, zoning, and housing codes.
- YourAssistantBD may review, edit, or remove any listing that violates guidelines.
Listing Management:
- Property Availability: Update availability promptly.
- Pricing: Set a clear and accurate rental or sales price.
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your content, but grant YourAssistantBD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it for promotional purposes.

Use the large text field to describe your property. Do not include personal contact information; YourAssistantBD may remove it if detected.
Image Usage Policy
- Optional but recommended to enhance listing appeal.
- Only real and accurate images of the property are allowed.
- Images must represent the property’s current condition.
- Good quality images are required; avoid blurred, heavily edited, or low-resolution images.
- YourAssistantBD may remove non-compliant images. Repeated violations can lead to listing removal.
Liability and Disclaimers
- YourAssistantBD is a platform only; listings are not endorsed or guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users.
- No liability for direct or indirect damages from platform use.
- Financial Transactions: Users are responsible for transactions; YourAssistantBD is not involved and not responsible for fraud.
- Termination: Accounts or listings may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
